DMCC Processing Services is a nonprofit program that provides a software solution to the credit counseling industry for the remittance of debt management plan proposals and disbursements for agency clients. Program services are provided to agencies through sub-licenses for the use of a secure software platform under DMCC’s master credit counseling software license.
Program services are limited to file processing, which do not include the transfer of client escrow funds to DMCC or any other third party. Consequently, agency’s utilizing the DMCC processing services maintain total control of their client escrow funds throughout the disbursement process.
